Sarah Andrews started her Boxing & Kickboxing path nearing the end of 2018 at Big Country Lindsay starting off with the early morning 5:45am class. She soon realized that she was highly interested in more than a cardio workout and to be more involved within Big Country. In 2019, Sarah transitioned into Boxing and Muay Thai classes, as well as Personal Training. Fast forward into 2020 Sarah was actively a part of numerous classes within Big Country and was training any time she could outside of her fulltime job. In July of 2020, Sarah started instructing Ladies Kickboxing two days a week. This was a class that started off with a small group of ladies and soon grew into a large community of empowering women and their daughters. After teaching Ladies Kickboxing for over a year, Sarah started to support Big Country Lindsay to co-instruct the Kids Muay Thai class, as well as instructing Adult Boxing. It was within 2021 that Sarah's interest fell more into Boxing than any other discipline, focusing the majority of her training with pad work and sparring. Sarah is eager to continue her training and gaining knowledge and new skills from her coaches and hopes to get in the ring for an exhibition boxing match soon.
